Yes I know just the thought makes you want to cringe, but there is one that I could go to that has fibro patients and knows the necessity of a gentle touch...quite frankly scares the heck out of me to think about it.   You should try an activator.com chiropractor. They dont do any crunching (unless thats what you want) and its a gentler approach. I goto Better Health Solutions, Abbas Khayami, in Scottsdale. Very reasonable too if you have no insurance & great intro rates.

After six months of activator herniated disc greatly reduced and no surgery...all over body pai gone feeling back in my arm and no more headaches. I go about every other week and am great!

  Oh no what kind of work is the chiro doing? Hopefully not cracking you anywhere. I highly recommend finding a certified activator chiropractor. Go to activator.com and make sure they show up there as certified. It's an amazing chiro method that doesn't crack you at all and it saved my 14 yo brother from never being able to play sports again, myself from back pain after a car accident and my dad from back pain that has came with age. Seriously amazing. If you were in Colorado I'd have the perfect one. So much passion for his career. That's a must.

  QOTD on ear tube surgery: "Our 9 m/o daughter is on her 5th ear infection since February - and of course, 5th round of antibiotics. The pediatrician sent us to the ENT with a recommendation for immediate tube surgery. Based on a friend's recommendation, we also visited a pediatric chiropractor. The chiro thinks she can help non-surgically with regular adjustments, diet changes (no dairy), and probiotics - she's asked for 3 months to help - then re-evaluate with ENT. She's also willing to work with the pediatrician and ENT on the plan. We need to make a decision - surgery now, or wait? We really hate the idea of surgery and anesthesia, but also want our daughter better and off of the antibiotics. Have others had success with alternative therapies? Would there be harm in waiting 3 months?"

  I highly suggest a chiropractor that works with a tool called an activator rather than a regular chiropractor, much easy and safe for pregnancy; you can find them by going to www.activator.com and searching for one near your location. No personal Recs but maybe yelp those nearby and see their reviews! Hope you feel better! Not sure how much longer you have but a medium support brace from gabrialla found on Amazon was a lifesaver for me during my 2 nd pregnancy !

  I suggest using a chiropractor who practices the activator method (www.activator.com) aka gentle chiropractic, not like crack/crack kind- I know there's a few close to you in Bev Hills. If $$ is an issue (not sure your insurance or how pricey they are there) there's one I've been wanting to try out in Torrance $40 cash and reviews look good.
