He did not try to up sell me an easy install of a new faucet but the fact that he too time to educate a customer was great. I am a former Supervisor for the Pro-Desk at Napa Home Depot. I have delt with contractors and their employees.. Chris is professional... personable.. and funny. Great guy.. great service... great employee. 3rd call out for us (different issues) since February... love you guys. Thanks
