Looking for best place for classes, bootcamp, fitness. I am already member Planet fitness, but I'm looking for a jumpstart for starting next week. I do work crazy hours so different classes and times a must, only in mount Juliet please. Thanks

I know we have a few workout places in the area... I'm in the market for a place to start exercising after a cancer DX and treatments, and right now, everything has come back clean (praise Lord!) So not needing high intensity but looking for toning after my 20lb weight loss, maybe a personal trainer? not sure where to start... any ideas?

I am at the point of my life where things need to change for the better, I am in the starting phase of looking for a personal trainer (do not want a gym) to help me along but don't know where to start or what to look for, any idea's or names (would like to stay local) would be awesome.
