  Wow Samsung knows they out if line. Originally I sent my phone the Galaxy S5 in for repair because the water proof dust proof door to charging port broke off. So excited to know my phone was delivered today. When I opened the box I find that my screen is cracked. And of course they would never have shipped it that way. They don't want to replace the phone they want to replace the screen which means shipping it back to them and being without my phone again. Man customer service is out the window. They could have just overnighted me a new phone and been done. They have some truly cheap made devices . iPhone 6 please have a bigger screen......

  Ok FB friends I have just been notified from my cell phone carrier Sprint that they are shutting my phone off after 12 years of service with them they have changed their roaming usage terms from unlimited to limited I have exceeded their terms. So since I have been a loyal customer they are shutting my phone off in September does anybody have any suggestions of a good carrier that is nationwide that has unlimited roaming unlimited phone calls unlimited text and so on and so on??

  In 2007, Sprint terminated around a thousand of their loyal customers for complaining too much. Complaining they weren't getting the service they paid for, so Sprint terminated them. I've used Nextel until 2005 when Sprint took them over. I switched to AT&T until this year, when I moved to T-Mobile. From a work perspective, I've been one of our companies contacts in the past, so I've dealt with AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon with employee issues. For Sprint - If you've fulfilled your commitment (typically the two year agreement, then technically, you're paying month to month unless you made changes to your account) If Sprint made a change to your account - and if all the phones are on the same account, they shouldn't charge ETF for the remaining phones. You should be able to call Sprint at 888-211-4727 within 30 days of a contract change and cancel out without paying ETF. Tell the Sprint customer service rep that you "wish to cancel service because of a material change to the agreement that Sprint has made" per the Sprint terms of service. State that you wish to cancel your Sprint contract without paying an early termination fee. (I wouldn't count on them honoring their own terms though)
