  Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great holiday. I am in need of some recommendations for licensed handyman to do some repairs on a rental property and some work on my house. I have been using David Lee of Triangle Property Pros.. but he doesn't show up when he says he will and he never follows up with me in regards to the staus. His prices are good and he does good work... but I have to micro manage the relationship and I don't have time to track him down any longer. So whoever is recommended I hope they offer a better experience because i am going to have lots of work in the spring too... thanks everyone...
