  Jimmy's in Peterborough is very good but the restaurant is not entirely vegetarian. Otherwise Rainbow Cafe in Cambridge is fantastic http://www.rainbowcafe.co.uk/ I'd love to hear of anywhere else closer to March.

  Probably the best known is the [Rainbow Cafe](http://www.rainbowcafe.co.uk/) which despite the name is open until 10 pm most days. It's off one of the side streets/passages from Kings Parade. I've only eaten there the once, but I remember it being very nice.

  there is a really nice little place called the rainbow cafe which does awesome vegan/veggie dishes from around the world. the ethiopian dish is so good! it's underground too and has a really nice vibe.
