  Dr. Sam Finn is a qualified Neurosurgeon in Dallas that performed my back surgery in February 1993, and saw me again in 1996 when I was pregnant with my third son and new problems began surfacing. He's a British born and raised gentlemen, with a very straight forward personality, and excellent in his field. www.samfinnmd.com Steer clear of the TX Back Institute in Plano, a Dr. Hoffman and any colleagues, and Dr. Pedro Nosnick a neurologist in Plano.
