He was very rude and told my wife that the problem she was having with her shoulder was because her breasts were too big and would be a pain to work on and too much work for him when he wasn't going to make any money because of the Groupon. Why he was promoting his business with Groupon is a mystery to me! He hinted and hinted that they should just cancel the appointment until she finally left. So now her shoulder still hurts and she feels body shamed. Thanks a lot Michael. I don't know what school you went to where you "graduated at the top of your class," but they sure didn't manage to teach you anything about good or even appropriate customer service!! By the way, my wife has had many massages from women in the past and they had no problem working on her issue. Maybe you're just too weak to do this job.
