  Need plumbing help. I have broken flange, upstairs toilet. Already have toilet off. Not very sure about these repair flange kits I see online. Has anyone else tried these or just have a plumber replace the flange? My regular plumber charges 225 just to reseat a toilet. He does good work but that out of my $$$ range right now. Any local plumbers around that will help/show me for a small fee?

  We have used Arvin's plumbing in the past and they were on time and very nice and they did the job throughly and it didn't take them all day to do it. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were done with the work. 615-444-3363
