Jorge A. wrote: I ordered a Garbage Disposal (GD) over Amazon and as a package deal the installation to go with the aforementioned. The technician/installer came in to install the new GD and took the old one out. He tried to install/wrestle/struggle with the new one and after about an hour playing with the instruction book, he was not able to mechanically install the GD. It seemed that he did not know anything about Waste King GDs as he spent a lot of time reading the manual and using my computer to look at installation videos over YouTube. He tried to convince me to go to Home Depot and get a new GD that he did know how to install. I refused to do this. He had another appt. and left us with an open sink, disconnected plumbing, not to mention the mess in the kitchen with an old GD and the new one with all the parts over the kitchen floor. We have had to contact another service to finish this job emergently at 3X the original cost. This person also had very poor hygiene.Thank you for your feedback. -
