  We used a guy named John Hart to do remodeling, electrical stuff, plumbing work, etc., but I guess he's moved on. So, we'd like to find a very skilled "handyman" to work with on an immediate problem (broken food disposal), as well as some remodeling/building projects in the future (some of which might be really cool).
