  I would highly recommend not only a massage but seeing a chiropractor! My hubby is a chiro and has been adjusting em a couple times a week, I rarely hurt anymore! This is our 8 th baby and I have had chiro care for 4 of the last ones. The difference is UNBELIEVABLE in the discomfort I have experienced. I waddled and could hardly use my legs for the pain in my pelvic bone with the first 4 and after doing chiro consistantly with my others I have been pretty much painfree. If you want to see him, his number is 520-869-1871. There is also a massage therapist in his office that is great. Her name is Evin Abromowitz 520-241-4120. They are located at 3444 N. Country Club Suite 140. They are off of Fort Lowell. You could see them both the same day if needed.
