I have an 100 lb American Bulldog. Most allowed large breeds - though don't know if Shepherds are banned...   Camden properties are your best bet here. I've lived at Camden Bay and at Camden Montague and they are the only company who are "flexible" with breed restrictions. They will be able to accommodate you and they are an excellent company to rent from. And there's maybe 10-15 Camden apartment complexes in the Tampa area.
