Hey guys, just bought a house here a couple months ago, and we've had the sweet pleasure of having lots of carpenter ants running around our house now that the weather is warming up. I bought a bunch of terro liquid ant baits for indoor and outdoor use, and laid diatomaceous earth around the perimeter of the house, but I still see the guys running around and am thinking of getting an exterminator to take care of it due to the damage they can cause. I looked into Terminix and Orkin, and I was kinda put off of how they aren't really clear on when and how you will be billing and they suck you into a year long contract. I was wondering if anyone knows any other local pest control services that are any good that can help handle the situation? Thanks!
