If you want visual inspection and removal procedures a company like mine would do it but if you want to know the actual type it needs to be lab tested. We recommend Jim Lamar 1 (615) 498-6770 a certified IEP. He tests it and writes a remediation protocol. This is only really necessary if it is a large area affected. If it is a smaller area, we are IICRC certified microbial remediation technicians and can tell you what needs to be done. 615-866-7989 I would be glad to answer questions for you.
