  Hi Stephanie and David! Unfortuantely, I moved away from Chicago to Los Angeles a few months ago or else I would offer to show you around! I like the torta de cochinita pibil at Rick Bayless' Xoco (http://www.rickbayless.com/menus/xoco/xoco/) and another of my favorites is Mexique (http://www.mexiquechicago.com/), which has cochinita rilletes as a small plate as well as a plato fuerte option. Otherwise, I really feel your best option is to make it at home! I'm happy to share my recipe with you if you want to give that a go.
