  Looking for a lawnmower doctor. Bought a elec. start mower off k-bid (buyer beware) post said "runs" but so far, I've had to buy new battery, filter,charger,sparkplug, and it still won't start!! goes whirrrrrrrrl and that's it! I have a pulled shoulder and my neighbors are tired of me flagging them down to pull my older mower to start it. so, I thought an elec. start woul be the answer. Any ideas?
