Upon graduating from Louisiana State University with a BFA in Painting and Drawing, Brenda decided to pursue her real creative passion and began cooking in the kitchens of New Orleans. Within a few years, she found a natural fit at Mike’s on the Avenue creating fusion cuisine and was quickly promoted to Chef de Cuisine.
I need your advice! Peeps who live in or have visited San Fran! What are your favourite Things to do and eat in the city? Where do you recommend staying and what are the coolest neighborhoods to hang out in? Any tips would be awesome!!

Brenda's French Soul Food in the Tenderloin neighborhood downtown is amazing! We had to wait a while to get seated but it was definitely the best food I had there. http://frenchsoulfood.com/ . Oh and the Filbert steps are super pretty. Have fun! San Fran is gorgeous. Dress warm though, super chilly city.
