  Dennis (in Vancouver) 360-253-5621 Don't have Mary's info. I have not used her a few freinds have though. Patricia Kortakass PT (in Eugene) 541-686-0101 Back on Track is a physical therapy clinic in Portland that is supposed to be good. I have not used them yet. Jen
