  Sorry to chime in...1200-1600 is a house payment. Even if your credit is low or even non-existent (no credit) there are ways to buy a home. I rent homes to people to but I'm a huge advocate to home ownership and I'm more than willing to help anyone become an owner. If your unsure of your options please please contact me. If you are ok paying for someone else's retirement don't contact me. 😀. But if your looking to rent drive the neighborhoods, rentler/Ksl,com, propertypond.com, or zillow. Good luck to you all !!
