Has anyone put a 12 valve Cummings in there trucks? If so how hard was it and where do i start to get the parts for the swap
Ben D. replied:
There are a couple on 67-72 chevytrucks.com. They require a huge dog house and you have to push the firewall back pretty far. The 4 bt swaps look much cleaner imo.

There is a guy selling a complete T10 setup that he had installed in his short box. He has it listed at www.67-72 chevytrucks.com. It is in the 73-87 classifieds section. He has the clutch, pedals, crossmember, driveshaft, trans, shifter, etc.
Can someone identify which wire should be used fr distributer
Jimmy J. replied:
check that the exciter wire is only hot with the key on. you can check it at the ignition switch, if I remember correctly its black with a white stripe at the switch. the wiring diagrams are available at www.67-72 chevytrucks.com i'm running the alternator and serpentine setup from a 90 Camaro on mine and all of my underhood engine wiring has been replaced so I can't help to much if your running a stock charging system
Do you know a local coach company in your area? Ask them if they would donate a coach for the day ? Is the coach company a patriotic company?

Does anyone know of any good / cheap ways to get to Vienna? I'm already checking Mein Fern Bus, Eurolines, Student Agency and Bla Bla Car.

Hello! I have a friend who is doing research on the Roman architecture in the Balkans this summer and she wanted to travel from Belgrade to Sarajevo via train/bus. One of the transport companies she found was GEA Tours. Any thoughts on their service? Any other transport companies you would recommend? (I believe someone asked about this a few months back for some couch-surfing people but I can't find the question.) Thanks everyone!
Zach N. replied:
GEA Tours is really hit and miss - sometimes you get a good driver, sometimes you do not. You can check the "Travel" section on the Couchsurfing group for Belgrade - sometimes you can find people travelling where you are travelling who have spare seats in their car. I'd also recommend you check out www.carpooling.co.uk - register and post your trip and you might find someone who is making the same journey with spare seats in their car. I recently drove from Sarajevo back to Belgrade and sold 2 spare seats in my car on that website.
Dears ;)
I would like to rent a car in Prague for 1 day and drive with it to Germany (Dresden) and possibly drop it off there. Do you know of any good companies that offer such services with a moderate price?
Or do you think it makes more sense in terms of price to rent a car in prague for 1 day and drive back from Dresden to Prague and drop it off in Prague again the same day? Can you recommend any good car rentals?
And as always many thanks in advance :)
