You can check the "Travel" section on the Couchsurfing group for Belgrade - sometimes you can find people travelling where you are travelling who have spare seats in their car. I'd also recommend you check out www.carpooling.co.uk - register and post your trip and you might find someone who is making the same journey with spare seats in their car. I recently drove from Sarajevo back to Belgrade and sold 2 spare seats in my car on that website.
