  http://www.toc-stl.com/ Conni Markham-Tilley here's the website you can read all about him.. when they decide they were going to do surgery I only waited like 12 days.. cause you see him and get x-rays, MRI's then once you get the results you talk with him and then plan surgery. It was an easy process!
