Need something big enough for a family of 6 in or around SLC this summer for ~4-6 weeks. We’ve done this before in other cities and always used craigslist... tons of scams in the SLC rentals postings. Any university centered message boards to find a sabbatical rental or furnished summer sublet. We have tons of great references and are verifiably legit- looking for similarly legit person to rent from. Any tips on non-craigslist places to search? Thanks!

The house is: • One bedroom plus light filled large study/bedroom (well, actually 2/3 bedrooms, but my things are in one of the rooms)- there is a possibility to put my things in storage also, making a large 2 bedroom; • Light filled; • Spacious dining, kitchen and lounge; • in St Kilda East, quiet location; • Fully furnished with “non-offensive” furniture (including printer, washing machine, dryer and massive fridge!); • In immaculate condition; • Amazing bathroom with extremely powerful shower! (separate toilet and laundry); • Great location- near Carlisle St, 2 train stations and 4 tram lines!; • Lovely little garden; • Open fire place in lounge; • Lots of storage; • Edwardian; • Reasonable rent (no paying agent fees etc!); And the tenant can also have the use of my car! If you, or anyone you know would be interested in renting the house, please can you let me know?
