  Looking for quotes to re-roof our house. We have one quote from Sears so far and are looking for an apples-to-apples comparison. If you know of a great roofing company that has been in business for more than 10 years has a 15 year warranty on labor and a 30-plus year warranty on materials, is able to replace any rotten wood remove and reinstall our current gutters, and will do a venting system if needed please post below. Sears also seemed to have a nice clean up process where they check with a magnet or metal detector around the house as we have horses so it's important that nothing sharp is left behind. Yes, we are hoping to have it done by October. Thank you in advance! ** also any good or bad experiences that you've had with Sears for roofing would be much appreciated.
