  Try Hungerford Chropractic care - http://www.hungerford-chiropractichealth.co.uk/ - they're really good. I've been going for over a year and they keep me mobile, which given the state of my back after a farming accident over 30 years ago, says something! They also do a free spinal assessment - I think that's on Saturdays.
