Today I waited all day for them to show up. I had an appointment for this morning and called to find out where they were during my window because it was getting close to the end of the window. Over 3 hours after the window I called back to find out where they were and the installer lied about having called multiple times to get my gate code. I had no missed calls on my phone at all. Their customer service team lacked professionalism and didn't seem at all concerned or even apologetic about my experience. The guy finally showed up after 4 pm. When I told him I had no missed calls as he had claimed he said, well I'm here now and that is what is important. Then he didn't seem to want to mess with getting with getting up on the roof and tried to get me to pay more to install a tower that I can only assume would have been more than 80 feet tall. My feelings were that it was well after 4 pm by that time and it was hot. We are surrounded by trees and I had asked the right questions during the initial call. They viewed my property on some website and assured me that it would not be a problem and "you are right in the middle of our service area". Lesson learned. I should have thought more about it when I saw their lackluster Better Business Bureau rating. There is a good reason for it and I am glad I dodged this bullet. Did I mention that he walked straight into my house without even knocking after he decided the install was not worth his time?? Unacceptable.
