  Ugh. Tree roots in the main line. He left it open, so if I use the toilet, shower, bathroom or kitchen sink, it will drain out into my back yard. I thought I was kidding about peeling outside, I guess it was a premonition. There's a warranty plan with a yearly premium and co-pays per call. It does not cover this because it's outside. Estimate is $1,700. Does that seem high? Do any of you know of Plumbers that you would recommend? I figure if I have this problem, the other 3 units will, too.
