  Darrel Williams, Island inspections (904) 624-0070 is local, he did my home inspection last August prior to purchase. He was very thorough and was very helpful with answering all questions I had.

  Casey Walker, i asked this same question last week. I haven't personally used him yet, but he is scheduled to do a home inspection for us this Friday. Darrell Williams at island inspections. He was the most recommended on here and by other home-related professionals in the area. So far, his wife has been great on the phone. You can google him for phone number. Good luck!
