  I've already searched this group for an answer, however the suggestions attached to it are either "out-of-service" or they just plain don't answer their repeated messages. I need a repair person to take a look at my lame-o dishwasher. 1) The lower spray arm is rubbing against the heating element when it turns: so it's very loud and probably dangerous... 2) I don't even know if water is getting into the unit: dishes will come out hot but not clean... Can anyone recommend a great appliance repair person? FYI: A&M has NOT returned any of my phone calls.
