  Michael Hackney if there was a problem it's funny how we did not hear about it when you picked it up. I'm sorry you had an issue. There are times that a screen is bad or an extra part that we find to be bad. Also we deal directly with the manufactures of the screens which are located in china. So we are sorry that you had a problem with our service but I take it the phone is working as per repaired.
