  Bob R. wrote: Andrew showed up to make an assessment of our roof and had very encouraging results and a multitude of promises about what they would do and how they would do it. Number one he promised excellent service and instructed us to call the insurance co. to have an adjuster make an appt. Of course we did all that and informed him of that date. He assured us that he and Ken would show up early to walk the adjuster through the job. When the insurance adjuster arrived, they were a No Show and never returned any calls. Thanks for nothing A1!
