  Go to the city of Milwaukee auction on this site, a lot of the office stuff goes really cheap - like for nothing practically - because you have to get it out of there..... I didn't look for the cabinet specifically, but have gotten file cabinets there in the past. you might find something worthwhile. http://www.wisconsinsurplus.com/
