  When I was a child my parents used to take me to my Aunt and Uncles up in the U.P. to a town called Au Train. My Aunt and my Mother and a friend used to make the most mouth-watering,delicious, stuffed, ooozing out the seams "Pasties" It's been 20 years since I've had a real one. Does anyone know of a shop or person that makes the "authentic" pastie?? Does anyone have a "real and legit" recipe that maybe you would like to share? This weather just screams pastie!! And I'd love to either order some,get some,or make some. If anyone can help please let me know. And yes, I know I can google a recipe, but they (like anything else) are always better when someone else makes them. Thank you.
