  Original P. wrote: Truly awful tax prep services. Jacqueline Geronimo and her staff cannot be trusted to either be in the office or to work on your tax return in a prompt or professional manner. After coming in for an initial appointment in April, setting up four separate appointments, and checking back with their office dozens of times, my 2013 taxes were just now filed at the end of August. This was largely due to Jacqueline never returning correspondence, never being in the office and generally blowing off a paying customer. Only go here if you are willing to accrue hundreds of dollars in interest while the office disregards your every attempt to work with them on your return.
