COMPLETE BEGINNER: Is there an app/website that will just tell me what to buy on a weekly basis, and what to meal prep? Not a picky eater. Never been a picky eater. Main motivation for Keto is the mental energy boost. Satisfied with my current weight. Just recently moved into an almost empty house, and my struggle is that every Keto recipe that I find have slightly different seasoning, or small ingredients which I don't have, and it's a big hassle to go out and buy 10 different seasoning materials, and I'm sure some of them are replaceable, but I'm an extremely amateur cook that can barely follow the cooking instructions.
Wondering if there's a service that I can input my goals, and output a step by step guide from shopping, to cooking.
If such service does not exist, where can I find the most relevant information for my situation?

Eatthismuch.com is a fantastic app that not only lets you do what you're asking but dictate meal complexity as well, which can range from base foods to complex recipes all that fit within your defined macros. I'm a lot like you and prefer to stick with very simple meals, and so far its worked out fantastic.
Does anyone use or know of any good meal prep apps? I'm looking for an app that will give me meal prep ideas and step by step instructions on how to do it yourself. It would be nice to have everything from a shopping list to cooking instructions to storage instructions/recommendations. Anyone know of an app along these lines?
Can anyone suggest a site or place to get meal plans that come with shopping lists? I have a ton of cookbooks, but I get lost in them, and end up wasting a bunch of time - then still end up unprepared for dinner :) I need structure!

Have heard good things about eatthismuch.com I haven't personally tried it yet.
Can anyone help me with healthy eating for the new year? A good website or personal fitness instructor?Without having to purchase a shake or pill program please.

I just found this site: https://www.eatthismuch.com/ For the past couple of months, I've switched to my version of a low carb, sorta paleo diet and I feel great. Really, the biggest change was to just stop eating heavily processed foods.
What i want is a personal trainer. I have big plans. I need to be in top shape. Message me all kinds of health tips, links, workout routines. I am ready :)))))

Take a spoonful of vinegar a day to prevent hunger cravings and eat cottage cheese or a caseine based protein powder (like nitrean) before bed to prevent muscle degeneration overnight. Avoid processed white flour based products. Eat more, more frequently. Breathe. Go long-term. Check this out: http://www.eatthismuch.com/
Can anyone recommend a great online meal planner?
I am really sticking the physical portion of getting back in shape and I want to do the same with the meals.
