  If I haven't responded to everyone, this is basically the story. A friend told me that she is having free implants done in Mexico. It sounded fishy, like what's the catch? Then she explained that a teacher of this certain type of implant surgery needs to demonstrate this to other dentists from around the world. The other dentists can not practice this unless they are licensed in California. So, to get around this, they have a real nice state of the art facility which I have not seen yet myself, (I am going in March) south of the border in Tijuana Mexico.
