  Eric R. wrote: Not sure what happened. They use to be GREAT. We had Orest repair several appliances over the years and he was fantastic. Yesterday I booked an appointment with the receptionist and you could tell she was not fully paying attention. Guess who no shows? Yep, stay home from work and no show. I call and same receptionist says "no appointment in system, you wrong". Not apologizing or anything, that I am just wrong. I guess the magnet on the side of our fridge is going into the trash and I now have to take a second day off work to get someone else out to fix my fridge.
