  We hated Pediatric Smiles! We had a few bad experiences and one tech. told Malia she had awful/ugly teeth. She didn't smile for a year! We absolutely LOVE ours and the kids rave about all the people, but we drive 30-40 min.. http://rivercitypediatricdentistry.com/

  Dr. Michael Switkes in Mandarin 880-5437 .. He's great!! All my kids went to him..has games in his waiting room, fish, toys, etc.
