  Yah sounds like ice damming. We had it too this year thanks to the nasty Ice storm , you should call your insurance , if there is water coming in id recommend Hylands restoration for the damages 519-941-8141. You need to get ice and snow off your roof and out of your gutters ASAP !! We did that ourselves but you can hire someone to do it safely. And get some dehumidifiers going

  Posting for my mom: Looking for advice on who would be the cheapest and best place to rent a steam cleaner for my mom(she's 80 so I'm not wanting to spend a fortune on it) or if there's a company that's reasonable priced that would do it for us. The lady above her accidentally left her kitchen taps on and flooded out my moms apartment. Her main carpet in the living room needs cleaned badly now.
