  Mark345.com out of Fort Collins. These guys finished a site that I had handed back to me by other developers that couldn't figure out how to do what I needed. The owner, Jeff Beaton is a Christian. Very creative in design and function. They have developed some very unique web tools. Can do the basic site build as well and have done so for several large companies.
