  Night owl is a sweet system it is not monitored by a company but you can watch from a smartphone or laptop. Something like networkfleet is cool also if you have a mobile unit. The cost on the Night owl any where from 200-600 depending on system usually a decent one is in the 450 range. http://nightowlsp.com/
