  Susan W. wrote: Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon our toilets refused to flush and when we used a plunger sewage backed up in the tub. I looked in the Island Directory and called. The woman in the office was courteous and empathetic. She checked with the plumber and called me to say that he had just started a job but would be here as soon as he finished. two men arrived, assssed the problem and set to work. It took over an hour to clear the blockage but they worked efficiently and quickly. They explained what they were doing and why. In this case they left the place cleaner than when they came. Should we need a plumber again, I would definitely call them!

  Does anyone know a good plumber who is experienced in replacing polybutylene pipes? Has anyone had the misfortune of having these pipes fail and leak one after another?
