  Check out Housing Helpers - this is their speciality. It used to be free to list, then 75% of one months rent if they are successful in finding a renter. They can also do credit and background checks. Sounds like exactly what you're looking for! The Boulder office's number is 303-545-6000. Ask for Lorraine, she's great to work with!

  Housing Helpers charges a flat fee, they do; however, not collect the rent. Nor do they deal with ongoing maintenance issues. Since we are out of state, we use Integrity Realty Management (Terri Juvan Hubert). The 10% monthly charge has been well worth it for us.

  Sometimes if you contact a realtor they will actually have places available to rent. Others sites to check would be zillow.com, housinghelpers.com is another.
