  CAFAC's number is 253-968-4843. The answering machine will prompt you to pick a team. just pick 2 if you live off base (I believe) They have walk in options so you can be seen today and it is free if you are on Prime.

  My husband and I are starting with the chaplain because he is comfortable with him but the child and family assistance center does free workshops every Tuesday from 2 to 330 and they also provide counselling services. You dont need a referral but you do need to have tricare prime. Their # is 253-968-4843.
