I am looking for a rental and he has worked with us on a moments notice, amazing attitude, took the time to suggest properties that might work for our very specific needs. It is VERY important to have an agent that can get you into a property before it rents and has the application ready to go. We wrote an application yesterday hopefully our hunt is over.
