  I am looking for a new doctor (GP, family, or oncologist) who will be more aligned with my approach to health (more holistic/health oriented, less pharmaceutical/surgical approach) and who will help me monitor my breast cancer remission (call in diagnostic tests/lab work/mammogram/MRI). I am almost 3 years in remission. Anybody have a doctor who might fit the bill? I have been "fired" as a patient by physicians numerous times for not going with their recommendations, so it will need to be a physician that respects the decisions I make on my own health care even if it goes agains current medical protocol.
