  San Diego-area referral needed: We have (hopefully) a minor electrical issue with our fuse box (one of the switches seems appears to be shorting out, intermittently) which has necessitated the shutting down of two sets of kitchen outlets. Does anyone have an iron-clad referral for an honest, inexpensive electrician in the San Diego who'd be willing to handle such an odd job? I know very little about electrical systems and wouldn't even begin to know how to approach this, so I need a professional, but I don't want to be taken for a ride with the final bill.
