We just used Chris Roesly and he was fantastic. He replaced an attic water heater. His work was done well and he went above and beyond what was expected. Fair pricing, came on time, and was professional. http://croeslyplumbing.com/
Hey FB peeps! My Dad is in need of a plumber. Nothing major. But he needs some work done at his house. He hates the idea of just going to the phone book. If you know anyone can you please private message me and I will pass it on to my Dad. Thanks!

Need to replace my hot water heater. First time I have ever needed to do this. Anybody have any recommendations for a local firm to do the job, and any idea what I should expect to pay to have a decent quality one installed? Thanks!

First of all, "yeah that" to everything Kerri said! We didn't know about Raynor then, but I completely recommend them. We use them for everything now. This is just a big ballpark jumping off point. We had a "50 gallon, natural gas, power vent water heater" installed in our attic and it was $1580. We looked into tankless, but it wasn't recommended for our old house. We used Roesly Plumbing and were very pleased. http://croeslyplumbing.com/

We had ours replaced, in our attic (SMH), when we first moved in. I was overly pleased with the guy that did it. He went above and beyond what was expected and did a fantastic job. When we had our heater inspected the tech noticed the new water heater and mentioned how it looked as if the installer did a great job. His name is Chris Roesly http://croeslyplumbing.com/
