We have been going here 25 years. Without a doubt a great full dining experience. Great service Fran and Renaldo are the best and Mike the accordion player provide comedy and great music. ASK FOR THEIR LOCALS 20% DISCOUNT CARD. http://www.villaromanamyrtlebeach.com/

BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN THE AREA??? People go nuts about this. Probably because there isn't one true answer. Maybe one place makes your favorite chicken parm, maybe one has a dish on the menu that no one else does in the area, maybe one has a wine you like in particular. There is no simple answer to this question, but some people get CRAZY over it! I'm sure by now everyone knows I own Finocchio's in Garden City, but with that said I'll say this... There seems to be 6 places that always come up (in no particular order.)
1. Finocchio's
2. Malibu
3. Original Valentinos
4. Villa Romana
5. Scatoris
6. Surfside Beach Pizza
Try a couple things at ALL these places and decide for yourself!!! I regularly chat with the owners at 4 of the 6 places listed and worked at 3 of the six. THEY ARE ALL GOOD IN THEIR OWN UNIQUE AND SPECIAL WAY!!! We all want each other to succeed and wish nothing but the best for our "competition." We're lucky to have so many good options as consumers and blessed as owners to have customers to support our small, family owned businesses in the shadows of giant, chain restaurants. It wasn't always this way down here. Thank you all for supporting ALL of these places and all of these places will continue to support the local community regardless of "who is best." Bottom line, we're all the best at what we do! We do what we love and it doesn't get any better than that! Stay hungry my friends! Mangia! 🇮🇹🍽😍
*edit* if I didn't list your favorite place I apologize, I mean no disrespect. I just listed the top 6 places I see mentioned on posts about Italian food. But, if your favorite wasn't mentioned and you haven't tried all the places I listed do yourself a favor and try them all out. These are all really good spots to eat!!!

We stayed near the boardwalk, on the beach too. There are a ton of places along that strip...the decor was a little tired, but it was a huge 3 bedroom condo! We split it with another couple....4 kids and 4 adults, and it's called the Anderson Club Condos. Also...there is an old school Italian restaurant that is so awesome, you have to go there! Great food, huge portions and a musician walking around: Villa Romana 707 S. Kings Hwy Myrtle Beach, SC 843-448-4990 When are you thinking of going?
