We need to totally reseed our yard. Can anyone give recommendations for someone. It would probably involve tilling and possibly grading Thanks Bob & Marion Couch
I like a woman named Diana who lives right over off of Butterfly lane. Her number is 301 663 3813. I haven't used her for a couple of years, but she is likely still doing her thing. Also--I've used Joni Jenkins, who owns the coffee shop that used to be called the Mud Puddle, across from Cannon Hill Place downtown. She's good too, tried out for Project Runway. 301 695 9344. Both are very reasonable. Bethany Dell'Agnello JewelryBethany.Dellagnello@... bethanydjewelry.com
Can anyone give me a ballpark estimate on what I should be spending on alterations? I got an off-the-rack dress (on Ebay) and now I need to go get it altered to fit me better -- basically I need the...
Leslie-- Joannie Jenkins in Frederick is completely redoing my mother's dress (size 4 ish, 32A bust) to fit my figure (size 12 ish, 36D bust). She is cutting the hem, re-scalloping the bottom of the dress, plunging the neckline, and taking material from the (too) voluminous train to expand the sleeves and sides of the dress. All for $125. I have not seen my dress yet, but her work on other items is pretty spectacular. She does a lot of bridal, costumes, Ren-fair fantasy stuff, etc. I raved about her in a previous posting if you want to look in the archives... 301-695-9344 (long distance from DC area codes) HTH,
